In case you have forgotten your Password or your User ID has been disabled or expired.

You might get the following error messages at the time of logging in. Explained below is the appropriate action which has to be taken in each case

Message 1 : User Id / Password is incorrect. Please try again.
Action:

  • Please recheck userid / password.
  • Please note that Password is case sensitive.
  • Incase you have forgotten your password, please submit a request for reset of password through the Forgot Password Link on the Login Page. We will authenticate you on the basis of the details submitted.
  • You may also dial the Customer Care Centre number (+91 020) 30587888 or E-Mail at life@bajajallianz.co.in

Message 2: Entering wrong password again will disable the User Id. Password is case specific.
Action:

  • Please recheck userid / password.
  • Please note that Password is case sensitive.

Message 3: You have exceeded the Maximum number of Login Attempts. Your User Id is disabled.


Message 4: User Id is disabled. Please contact our Customer Care Centre.
Action:

  • Your User Id has been disabled.
  • Incase you have forgotten your passwords, please submit a request for reset of passwords through the Forgot Password Link on the Login Page. Please do not login till you receive your new passwords.
